ARE THE PLANS REMOTE OR IN-PERSON?
These pricing tiers are for remote coaching. If you are in the New York area (Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Long Island) and want in-person training, book a kickoff call to discuss specific rates.
DO I NEED TO BE IN A GYM?
No. Your plan is customized to your situation. If you have access to a full gym, we use it. If you only have dumbbells at home, we build the program around that.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
I've rebuilt my own knees from ACL and meniscus tears. We program around your limitations to ensure you can train safely while continuing to make progress.
CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
Yes, coaching is month-to-month. However, physical transformation takes time. If you aren't ready to commit to at least 3 months of consistent effort, this isn't for you.
